I. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the type of goods to be shipped (parcel or freight), the chosen shipping method (standard or express), and the destination country. For more details, please refer to our shipping cost PDF.
Volumetric weight is used as the basis for calculation when it is higher than the total gross weight.
Please note that all prices mentioned are net prices.
II. Customs Notice
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you are responsible for bearing. These may include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or customs duties or taxes (e.g., tariffs). III. Delivery Information
In rare cases, our shipping service providers may not deliver to certain areas or locations. Due to potentially changing political or other events, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping method in consultation with you after your order.
Delivery Times
The delivery time of our items is indicated in the respective item information. In general, if the goods are in stock, the delivery time is 1-14 days. For non-stock items, the
delivery time is specified separately.
Information on Calculating the Delivery Date
The delivery period begins on the day following the payment by advance bank transfer,
or for other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract, and
ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a
Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day
shall take the place of such a day.
IV. Restrictions on Shipping Heavy Items
For items weighing over 70 kg or for items where no weight is specified and therefore automatic shipping is not possible, we do not offer a direct shipping option. In these
cases, only pickup is possible. To arrange the shipping of such items, please contact our customer service by phone or email to make individual arrangements. We will
endeavor to find suitable freight or shipping solutions according to your requirements.
B. Payment Terms
The payment method available for orders placed through this website is payment in advance by bank transfer.
Once the online order has been placed, the customer will receive an email at the address provided during the checkout process. This email will include the order details and the bank account number to which the payment must be transferred in order to complete the order process.
The customer will have a maximum period of five (5) days from the date the online order is placed to make the corresponding bank transfer.
The order will remain pending until receipt of payment has been confirmed. If the bank transfer is not received within the specified period, the order may be automatically cancelled, without any obligation on the part of the seller.
Customers are advised to include the order number in the payment reference in order to facilitate the correct identification and processing of the payment.
